Job Opening: Customer Service Rep Needed- $20/hr (Phoenix, AZ)

**This position is on site in Northeast Phoenix**

Amazing Temp to Hire Opportunity!!

$20/hr with Benefits

8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday

Job Description:

• Inbound and Outbound calls
• Responsible to schedule new patients
• Responsible to assist current patients with the refill/renewal process
• Calls can vary in length depending on type of call and patient questions

 

 

Essential:

• HSD or GED Required
• 1-3 years’ customer service experience in contact center
• Must be comfortable with MS Office: Outlook, Excel
• Previous healthcare customer service is required
