Location: Fully Onsite in Knoxville, TN
Pay: $17 hourly
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively monitor workflows and customer interactions to identify potential issues or service disruptions. Immediately communicate these concerns to team leads or supervisors, providing relevant context and documentation to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on operations
- Accurately and securely process customer payments using designated online platforms. Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with company policies and data security standards, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors or discrepancies.
- Guide customers through the process when necessary, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience while safeguarding sensitive financial information.
- Maintain clear and professional communication, verify account details, and ensure that all payment procedures align with both internal protocols and carrier requirements.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in an inbound call center
- Pleasant and calm demeanor on the phone
- Confident speaking abilities
- Excellent command of spoken English
