RemX is Seeking Customer Service Reps for an onsite position in Knoxville, TN with an organization that provided extended business office for colleges and universities within the country.
- Work and communicate in a team environment.
- Type data into required systems with both speed and accuracy.
- Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls on behalf of school client’s offices
- Ability to work independently on tasks such as manual calls, completing return mail, skip tasks, and adding reference information to accounts while meeting completion timelines set per department.
- Knowledge of the financial aid process and all loan phases, from pre-loan thru pay-off, including the ability to answer loan status questions.
- Provide feedback to department and company.
- adhere to standards/expectations for call statistics (average handle time and aux usage), quality and schedule
- Assist with projects
Schedule details:
- Must have open availability to work any hours during our hours of operation, 8am – 6pm Monday - Friday,
- No time off during training (5/19-6/10)
- No time off will be approved July and August due to peak season
- May be asked to work overtime up to 10 hours per month during peak period.
