Job Opening: $18-$24 WFH Licensed Health Rep (Cant Reside In: AK, CA, HI, MT, CO, FL, IL, LA, MA, MN, NJ, NY, WA)

RemX is seeking Licensed Health Insurance Agents for our client. Their ideal candidate is success-driven, ambitious, and committed to achieving goals—without compromising on delivering exceptional client experience.

• Title: Remote Health Insurance Agent (Do not apply if you don’t hold an Active Health Insurance License or prior experience)
• Location: Remote (Cant reside in the following states AK, CA, HI, MT, CO FL, IL, LA, MA, MN, NJ, NY, WA)
• Pay: $18-$24 an hour (PLUS Commission during AEP Season)
• Start: July 2025
• Training Between: 8am-8pm EST for 2-4 weeks
• Schedule after Training: 8-hour shift 5-days a week between Mon-Sun 7am-2am

Pay Breakdown

• $21/hr ($18/hr +$3/hr stipend)+ Sales bonus ENGLISH ONLY during AEP season (7/15/2025 through 12/15/2025)    
• $24/hr ($19/hr +$5/hr stipend)+ Sales bonus- Bilingual SPANISH during AEP season (7/15/2025 through 12/15/2025)
• (Stipends are paid during AEP Seasons, from 7/15 to 12/15)

Duties

• Follow up on customer requests and sales leads to ensure timely resolution and conversion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationship
• Provide tailored product recommendations by actively listening and connecting client needs to appropriate solutions.
• Support sales efforts by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.
• Demonstrate empathy and patience, ensuring every interaction feels personal and supportive.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in inbound/outbound call center and 6+ months of Health plan sales experience
• Active Health License in the state your currently reside
• Can’t reside in the following states: AK, CA, HI, MT, CO, FL, IL, LA, MA, MN, NJ, NY, WA
• Highly driven and competitive in nature
• Ability to connect and build repour over the phone
• Able to navigate technical issues independently
• High Speed Internet
