Job Opening: Customer Service Reward Programs
Description
RemX is assisting a client looking for CSRs related to either travel or non-travel rewards programs. Both will handle general and account questions for their programs, non-travel will also assist with order placements, shipping and return questions, while travel will help convert points to travel rewards like airline tickets, hotel stays, or car rentals.
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Location: Onsite in Alpharetta, GA – 5900 Windward Pkwy | Alpharetta, Georgia 30005, US (Must live within 25 miles. No Exceptions)
- Salary: English speaking $20.00 an hour | Bilingual Spanish & English speaking $21.00 an hour
- Start Date: 11/10
- Schedule: Various schedules (8 hour shifts between 6 am – 12 am) available once onboarding is completed, all schedules work 1 weekend day and have the other off.
- Training: 6 Weeks | Mon-Fri 8am-6pm (40-hour shift between those hours)
- Normal Business Hours: 8am-12am Schedules for this class are likely to be afternoon (Must be available to work any 8-hour shift)
Reminders:
- Must have 1-year of year of Call Center experience (Inbound and or Outbound calls)
- Must live within 25 miles of Alpharetta, GA 30005
- Schedules will be selected once all onboarding is completed
- Must provide Education Verification and Employment Verification (7 years of experience or 3 most recent employers that MATCH the resume)
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with navigating the customer website/portal, viewing and using their reward points
- Assist customers experiencing issues with points redemption, etc.
- Inbound calls from customers looking to for assistance with general account information and tasks
- Assist customers with changes and cancelling reservations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
- 1+ year of experience in call center REQUIRED
- Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred
- An articulate demeanor and friendly personality are necessary
