Customer Service Representative – Onsite in Plantation, FL (We will need proof of completed education – GED, high school, or higher can be accepted)
Pay:
- $18.00/hour if bilingual (English/Spanish)
Schedule:
- Must be flexible to work 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Includes one weekend day

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plantation, FL. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, inbound call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls only
- Respond to and resolve consumer inquiries and issues
- Educate customers on the status of previously submitted per-authorizations or per-determination requests

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience with the same employer
- High School Diploma required
- Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset
