Job Opening: Call Center Customer Service

We are looking for several Temp to Perm Customer Service Representatives in Plantation FL.  

This call center position requires you to have great customer service, empathy, & great job stability.

• Title: Onsite Call Center Representative
• Pay: $17
• Start Date: February 2026
• Location: Plantation, FL 
• Hours: Must be flexible to work any 8-hour shift between 7am-11pm 

Job Responsibilities:

• Inbound calls
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
• Provide education and status on previously submitted authorizations or determination requests
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

Requirements:

• 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
• High School Diploma
• Great job stability
