Compensation
Annual Base: $43,056 – $50,835 (based on experience)
- Uncapped Performance Incentives:
- Average additional earnings: up to $27,300 annually
- Top performers may earn up to an additional $75,000
- 5% Bilingual incentive
Schedule & Training
- Training: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MST
- Initial training may require in-office attendance; required days vary based on business need
Post-Training Schedule: - Hybrid: Mon–Wed in office, Thu–Fri from home
- Department Hours (must be available for any assigned shift):
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM MST
- Rotational Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM MST
- 40 hours/week, five 8-hour shifts
- Shift bids occur after training
About the Role

In this role, you’ll take inbound calls from potential customers, promote insurance products, assess needs, and close sales. Some outbound calling may also be required to optimize sales opportunities.

Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering customer information, quoting, and binding policies
Provide excellent service while educating customers on coverage options
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active AZ Resident Property & Casualty License
- Eligibility to obtain non-resident P&C licenses in required states
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics, and goals
- Longevity in work history
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information
