Bilingual Case Analyst
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 hourly
Location: Duluth, GA area
Schedule: Monday – Sunday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm (multiple schedules and shifts available, with rotating weekends) Training is the first 2 weeks
Start date: April 17th
Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Listen to client and assess needs
Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service Representative experience
- Previous sales or account management a plus
- Previous CRM experience
Must be bilingual with English/Spanish
Must have Excel knowledge
Must have Teams knowledge
5 assessments during training must pass
