JOB DESCRIPTION
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a strong customer service focus 2+ years in a customer service setting Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word and Access)
- Strong attention to detail Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions Ability to successfully work in a team environment. Experience and proficiency in data entry of client letters and documentation management.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate over the telephone with clients regarding verification questions.
- Time management from virtual location is a requirement to continue as a virtual resource; however, the option to work in-office is available and may be requested upon needs of productive output.
- Performance is measured by exceptional client feedback and satisfaction.
· Pay Rate: $17/hr
· Fully remote position – Must be in Eastern Time Zone
· Contract role but there is potential to be extended but not guaranteed.
· Will be working less than 35 hours/wk.
· Monday-Friday [9:00am-5:00pm EST] with a mandatory 1-hour lunch break. No overtime.
