RemX is seeking an Onsite Customer Service Representative with experience in Pharma Care/Cold Chain. The normal operating hours are M-F 11am-7:30pm. This may involve working some weekends periodically. environment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:The CSR will also process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. • Perform administrative tasks for area or shift• Maintain filing systems and documents per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)• Interact with customers and employees, answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier, and damage claims• Coordinate processing of export orders in the AES system.• Using the WMS system, update area or shift metrics as needed• Additional duties as assigned, overtime as neededYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES: • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience working with warehouse management systems, order management systems and/or Manhattan
