Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator

Pearl River – LA

TYPE: Contract to Hire

Hours: Tuesday- Saturday 7a-3p

Pay: $23 per hour

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Review daily routes and maintain updated status on all routes

Dispatching loads 

Assign drivers based on certain qualifications and needs of the client

Update Excel spreadsheet with route and driver information

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

1+ years of experience in logistics field is a plus

Experience as a dispatcher is preferred

Must be organized

Critical thinker 

Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
