Busy title office in montgomery county seeks an experienced conveyancor. Handle phone calls, faxes, e-mails, checks for certifications. Review Agreement of Sale, file documentation Order payoff, U & O, tax, sewer, and trash certifications, and track their progress. Follow up on items needed for closing. Review Title Commitments and take necessary action Prepare the Alta Settlement Statement / CD, if required. Prepare & Send settlement notices. Coordinate and schedule settlement date, time and place. Request escrow check from accounting and forward any escrow letter requests to accounting. Review file in preparation of closing and produce conveyancing cover sheet. Send file to agent prior to closing for review.
