RemX is looking for a Sales Admin Specialist for a temporary role covering a leave of absence. This is working for a well-known company in the Mission Valley area. Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales team
  • Keep sales managers updated with all sales activity
  • Help analyze market information to identify new sales opportunities
  • Following up with pending request items and manage new inquiries
  • Communicate with local dealers to achieve sales targets
  • Manage some of the current customers/accounts and close small deals
  • Assist with negotiations, quotations/pricing, production/delivery of equipment, and revisions
  • Communicate with customers and assist them with inquiries and general customer service matters

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or something relevant)
  • 0-1 year of experience working on inside sales in a professional office setting
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly detail oriented, and ability to multitask with efficiency
