RemX Irvine is looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist for our client in the Athletic Products Industry located in Santa Ana.  Full time M-F 8-5 Evaluation to hire, offering $15.00-$20.00p/hr. DOE

Office Administrator/Receptionist Duties:

  • Multiple duties: Order Processing, Customer Service, Travel Arrangements and Reception
  • Communicate with customers after orders ship and close files
  • Customer Service – Assist with processing RMAs to facilitate customer returns
  • Travel Arrangements – Schedule hotel and travel reservations for senior members of the company; (2-3 per year)
  • Trade Shows & Conferences – Assist with packing exhibit materials and coordinating shipping to shows and events. 
  • Reception – Answer phones; greet and visitors; sort and distribute mail

Job Requirements

Office Administrator/Receptionist Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Multi-line phone system experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
