We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant to join the team of a fortune 500 company located in Richmond.  

This position will support Project Management, IT and Architecture Review Process departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate reschedule of meetings with executive admins
  • Schedule project review presenters
  • Ensure conference rooms and WebEx is scheduled for each meeting
  • Publish project review schedule
  • Send project review meeting reminders
  • Set up project work spaces
  • Prepare project review presentation
  • IT governance reporting and distribution
  • Manage incoming emails

 

Job Requirements

  • 5 years experience in a similar position 
  • Excellent computer skills- Word, Excel (pivot tables), Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
