We have an immediate opening for an Office Resource Assistant for a well known insurance company located in Scottsdale, AZ.
Hours: 8:30-5 Monday-Friday
This position is responsible for handling the distribution of paper and electronic mail and packages. Ensure incoming mail items and office supplies are distributed and facilitate outgoing mail deliver. Responsible for scanning, auditing and purging files.
• High school graduate/equivalent
• Some college preferred
• 1-2 years office or related experience
• Insurance experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong team player and self-starter who can work independently with little direction
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Flexibility and attention to detail
