As a Patient Call Center Representative, you will have every opportunity to improve the lives of others. You become the voice of our medical client organization to many patients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Answer inbound calls from patients and obtain information from both new and existing patients
  • Enter and update patient information into system
  • Schedule patients for appointments
  • If needed, transfer calls to nurses and physicians
  • Import registration documents into system
  • Create new patients and enter all information needed into the system

Job Requirements

  • Must be available between the hours of 7am-8pm, Monday-Friday. 
  • Previous medical experience is highly preferred
  • Part time - about 30 hours a week
