Description

We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join the recruitment team  of a company located in Richmond, VA. 

The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the recruitment team. 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively between Recruitment team, hiring managers and applicants
  • Data entry into HRIS 
  • Process pre-employment background checks 
  • Prepare new hire packets and personnel files
  • Completion of I-9's

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of previous HR Experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
