PAY RATE:

$14.50 - $15.00

 

HOURS:

This is a full-time position. Candidates must have availability to work any shift, Monday – Saturday between the hours of 5:00am - 10:00pm.

WORK LOCATION:

101 Freeway & Chaparral - Scottsdale, Arizona

 

INTERVIEW LOCATION:

28th St & Camelback Rd - Phoenix, Arizona

 

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering a high level of inbound calls from health care providers, patients and/or insurance companies and identify the type of assistance needed
  • Focus on first call issue resolution
  • Deliver all information and answer questions in a positive, compassionate and conversational manner to facilitate developing a relationship with the caller, while providing the best customer service experience possible
  • Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends
  • Meet the performance goals in the areas of: efficiency, call quality, provider satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

 

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of call center experience
  • Typing 30 wpm
  • Proficiency in Excel 2010 and Outlook 2010
