Manage approved and assigned corporate projects; ensure scope of project is clearly defined, documented and understood by project team.
Act as liaison between internal organizational groups for small/large scale projects; may work with vendors and external clients to ensure projects are completed to specification, on-time, within budget and with minimum defects, while adhering to the methodologies adopted by the firm.
Work across multiple functions, developing strong relationships and partnerships across business units and with senior executives.
Effectively apply project management methodology and processes as set forth by the organization and enforce project standards.
Create project plans with the project team, identify dependencies, assign resources, and maintain and track throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Overseeing the planning and coaching of multiple projects across the organization using Agile delivery methods.
Developing comprehensive project schedules, and ensuring tracking mechanisms are in place for all work, task and project assignments.

Leads multiple projects from inception to completion; project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project; works with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; designs project plan, develops timeline, identifies project milestones, and tracks performance against performance goals and timeline.
Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues.
Monitors and communicates project status to project team.
Plans and monitors project budget, conducts research and analysis; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
Manages project risk; uses quality tools to identify areas of risk; works with others on the team and outside the team to identify alternatives or solutions.
Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; draws on other project team experiences to enhance the success of the project.
Identifies and assigns appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks; guides and coaches team members through various stages of the project; provides developmental feedback to team members.
Bachelors degree, in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred
3 + years experience in project management
Strong PC skills, including Outlook, Excel, Work, SharePoint, MS Project, PowerPoint and Visio
Knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience with technology and/or mortgage/mortgage servicing industry a plus
Agile and Scrum experience – certifications a big plus
Program, infrastructure project management and/or portfolio management experience a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma certifications a plus
Strong leadership and conflict management skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with ability to deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
Excellent negotiation skills with effective and timely issue resolution and problem solving abilities
