RemX is hiring a skilled Call Center Manager to join the team of a national risk management provider with a location in Richmond, VA.  This direct hire position is available immediately. 

This position will supervise daily operations and personnel aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.  It will also ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that staff are well-organized and productive. 

 

Job Details:

  • This is a 24/7 call center operation.  Must have the flexibility to work various shifts as necessary although primary shift will be Monday-Friday 8-5. 
  • Must have Workers Compensation background
  • Hire, train and onboard new call center agents as required
  • Provide coaching and assistance to call center agents on an ongoing basis
  • Process daily/weekly reports
  • Travel to other locations across the country on a regular basis

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business or Communications preferred
  • 6+ years’ experience working in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication, management, interpersonal, and leadership skills required
  • Advanced conflict resolution skills
