Description

Bay Area real estate brokerage and property management firm seeking a "rock star" junior administrative assistant to support 4 team members. This role will require bilingual skills in Spanish. Headquarted in the east bay and walking distance to Bart, this firm is offering a great opportunity for a junior level candidate to gain experience and growth advancement in the real estate industry. Individual will provide general administrative support and perform credit checks, run reports and other real estate related operational functions. Training will be provided. 

 

 

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years administrative, office support experience
  • Bilingual (read, write and speak) in Spanish
  • Quick learner, adaptable, team player and excellent customer service skills
  • Working knowledge with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
