Immediate Openings for an Inbound Customer Service Support Representative needed for a temporary assignment for a client in Aurora, CO.

Two weeks of paid training Monday - Friday.

$11.00 Hour 

Paid Weekly

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and enthusiastically answering incoming calls from clients.
  • Take inbound calls for order placement. 
  • Perform basic troubleshooting process by following a specific set of guidelines Up sell and cross sell additional items. 
  • Answer inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs. 
  • Be creative and go above and beyond when assisting our customers. 
  • Accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance of customer files. 
  • Ask probing questions and overcome objections

We are hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Support Associates for a Variety of shifts: 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm
