Description

  • The responsibilities will mainly be data entry, filing, answering phone, responding to emails, and communicating with our internal departments.
  • Receives and processes routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered.
  • Maintains an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff.
  • Utilize knowledge of products and product availability to provide a communications link to the customer.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Mon--Fri 8AM--5PM

6+month contract 

 

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience

Candidate must have knowledge of MS Office, must have phone etiquette, and be able to do basic math.

Must have great customer service experience and communication skills.

Corrugated experience a plus.
