Description

We are seeking an IT Admin / Help Desk Specialist to primarily provide IT technical and product support of all versions of Microsoft’s core business applications and IT infrastructure (Windows Server, PCs, Anti-Virus, etc.). Understand and incorporate company’s values, mission, guidelines and policies into daily work. Build and foster positive working relationships with clients, coworkers and business associates. 

  • Troubleshoot VPN, remote access, printer, router and any user issues.
  • Monitor the Network and resolve issues for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and other security products.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals.
  • Contribute to the improvement of department services and procedures.

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Must be Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)
  • 3-5 years IT helpdesk experience
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop OS.
  • Able to relay technical information to clients with varying skill levels in a manner in which they can understand
  • Ability to travel to client site (local)
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Desirable Qualifications
    • Experience with switches, routers, and firewalls
    • Current certifications (MCSE, CCNA, or CCA)
    • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN operations and protocols
