Freight forwarding, logistics company is currently hiring for an HR Manager. This role will work closely with the hiring managers in providing advise and guidance around performance management, labors laws and handling employee relations. Individual will also administer and execute HR policies and procedures, develop programs to improve performance in addition to assisting with recruiting. HR Manager will also manage worker's comp and EDD claims. This person will promote a culture of accountability, respect and a positive working environment for the employees.
