Description

RemX Irvine is looking for a Billing Clerk for our client in the Computer Industry.  Evaluation to hire located in Huntington Beach offering $20.00-$22.00p/hr.

Billing Clerk Duties:

  • Generate customer invoices.
  • Ensure that the sales billing process  are in accordance with Company revenue recognition policy.
  • Pro-actively follow up with sales department on pending sales orders.
  • Timely processing of credit memos and returns, discounts and price adjustments.
  • Handle all billing inquiries
  • Calculate freight quotes
  • Assist Billing Manager with commission and bonus calculations.
  • Assist the Billing Manager with all audits
  • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the Billing Team.

Generate sales and commission

Job Requirements

Billing Clerk Requirements:

  • Strong organization and detail-oriented skills
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
  • AA or BA degree in accounting or related field preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience 
  • Proficient with MS Office, accounting software, MS Dynamics GP preferred
