RemX is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to fill an immediate temporary role with our client located in the Carlsbad area. This position is estimated to last about 3 months and is paying $20-23/hr. We are looking for someone with a professional demeanor to assist in the Alumni department of this exciting company. Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the Alumni department
  • Use PeopleSoft database to verify and update alumni information
  • Coordinate graduating classes and alumni kits
  • Some data entry and updating spreadsheets
  • Any additional admin duties assigned 

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years office administrative experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with PeopleSoft database preferred
  • Proficient skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and extremely detail oriented, organized, independent and highly motivated
  • Team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
