The Customer Service representative responsibilities:
- Answers calls from and places calls to customers, sales representatives, and prospective customers
- Enters orders into the system, answers questions from callers, operates will call desk, and provides a positive customer and visitor experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints, obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
Previous Customer Service experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft products
