Recruiting a Large Volume Call Center Supervisor for a Medical Call Center in Louisville KY.  

  • Experience with Large Volume Call Center
  • Strong Leadership and Communication
  • Manage a team of 15 to 20 team members
  • Lead by example and coach to goals
  • Audit Quality of team
  • Manage workload to make sure all customer needs are met

Hours are Monday to Friday 11:30am to 8pm.  Pay based on experience. 

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years of Supervisor in a Large Call Center Environment
  • Very professional attitude to lead the team in a positive manner
  • Experience Coaching individuals to meet daily goals
  • Work with Peer Supervisors to meet goals
