Description

Organization with a great company culture and work environment seeks a junior to mid level Marketing Assistant to help drive exciting breakthrough projects. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel, well-organized and detail oriented.  

  • Plan and drive small to mid-sized projects from kick-off through to completion
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Managers to create, manage, and actively update product information
  • Interact with internal customers to initiate project task or check the status of jobs already in progress
  • Maintain a library of marketing documentation, content and a Compliance log
  • Research information requests from the Marketing Manager
  • Collaborate with the Digital Team to create and produce data needed across different channels

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2-3+ years professional experience within marketing/project management
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (V-Lookups, Sorting, Formatting, Filtering)
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
