RemX Specialty Staffing is looking for a Service Desk Specialist to support a client new to the Seattle area. This company is leading the way in messaging services and software. The is a contract opportunity with the potential to go permanent and grow!

As the Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
  • Primary point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting related to networking, desktop, and systems hard and software.
  • Implement active directory changes, including new users and groups, and maintain onsite hardware inventories


Job Requirements


  • 3 years of technical support experience
  • Windows operating systems and Office 365 knowledge
  • Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, FTP as well as telephony technologies
