TYPE: 6 month contract with possibility to be extended

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Full cycle recruitment for IT roles at multiple company sites
  • Source candidates via internal database, Linked In, and job boards
  • Handle phone interviews for available positions
  • Check references to ensure quality of candidates
  • Negotiate wage rates with candidates
  • Develop and execute recruit strategy with assistance of hiring managers

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Previous experience recruiting for IT positions required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport on the phone
