TYPE: Full Time, Direct Hire 

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Support Benefits and Compensation Director with all programs 
  • Complete market analysis for benefits and compensation 
  • Review and audit of benefits invoices 
  • Support the open enrollment process for all national sites 
  • Complete 401K audits 
  • Update and maintain HRIS, specifically benefits and comp information 
  • Assist with any special projects 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred 
  • 1-5 years of benefits experience 
  • Strong Excel skills - including Vlookups and merging
  • HRIS experience is a plus
  • PHR/SHRM CP is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
