Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars
  • Preparing documents and presentation
  • Heavy meeting coordination
  • Order and maintain office supplies

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Previous experience supporting an IT function  
  • The ability to prioritize and multi task with accuracy to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Access
