Description

Seeking Customer Service Representatives that work to verify eligibility coverage for drug benefits. Function as a liaison between special drug program patients & their insurance companies. 

  • 75% of day spent on phones making inbound and outbound calls
  • Heavy data entry of patient information
  • Strong communication skills with compassion for the patients

Work Schedule  11:30am to 8:00pm

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Computer savvy working with dual monitors, toggling between multiple screens
  • Analytical thinker, self-motivated possess problem solving skills.
  • Ability to take direction, work independently, and take ownership.
