Are you a self-starter who has experience in payroll tax management?

As a Payroll Tax Coordinator you would be responsible for weekly reporting and timely processing of payroll tax files, including but not limited to:

  • Maintaining tax spreadsheets with pertinent information
  • Tax notice resolution
  • Quarterly and annual tax return preparation
  • Effectively researching, tracking, and resolving tax issues in a timely manner

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in payroll or tax
  • Must have the ability to learn and apply tax laws
  • Ability to partner with colleagues in the field and in the office to insure sound tax services and exceptional levels of customer service
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with Infor Lawson software a plus
  • Must be available to work overtime as needed
