We have an immediate opening for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the team of a growing health insurance company located in Richmond, VA. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule recruiting interviews
  • Complete background and reference checking on candidates
  • Scan and maintain documentation on all candidates
  • Assist with key projects
  • Maintain database

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar role
  • Prior human resource assistant experience preferred
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Knowledge of human resource management, state and federal labor laws
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment
