Description

High-end tile company hiring for a Showroom Manager,an independent role, to manage all aspects of the showroom. The position will start off part time working 30 hrs weekly at $22.00. The status will move to full time paying 55-60k yearly.

Person will perform the following tasks:

  • Assist with all administrative duties as assigned, supports regional sales staff as directed.
  • Maintains product library and sample inventory for the showroom. 
  • Daily office opening and closing, upkeep of showroom appearance, communicates as main point of contact with building owner as required in order to properly maintain office area and showroom.
  • Assists in coordinating showroom presentations, coordinates sample requirements for sales staff, maintains sample inventory, executes miscellaneous organizational projects, plans meeting & event logistics.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years showroom experience
  • Clear and solid communication and staff management skills
  • Must have strong mathematical skills, leadership and soft skills and able to multi-task and manage the expectations of Sales Regional Vice President and regional sales staff
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, negotiating and decision
  • Can commit to schedule of 6 hours daily
  • Degree in interior design a plus
