TYPE: Contract to hire, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Data entry of customer orders including purchase orders, schedules, and product selection
  • Schedule installations and confirm delivery
  • Notify delivery team of any changes in orders
  • Assist with answer customer phone calls
  • Develop knowledge of products
  • Research warranty requests
  • Resolve customer complaints and address concerns
  • Additional duties assigned

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience is required, preferably in a business to business environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; some college courses preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to multi-task efficiently      
  • Strong work ethic
