This is a small company (5 permanent employees) and the OM reports directly to the Owner and oversees the entire office as well as some of the leasing agreements and other business duties. Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Commercial/industrial real estate; preparing and reviewing leases; terminations; responsible for credit checks
