RemX Irvine is looking for a Billing Clerk for our client in the Computer Industry. Evaluation to hire located in Huntington Beach offering $20.00-$22.00p/hr.
Billing Clerk Duties:
- Generate customer invoices.
- Ensure that the sales billing process are in accordance with Company revenue recognition policy.
- Pro-actively follow up with sales department on pending sales orders.
- Timely processing of credit memos and returns, discounts and price adjustments.
- Handle all billing inquiries
- Calculate freight quotes
- Assist Billing Manager with commission and bonus calculations.
- Assist the Billing Manager with all audits
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the Billing Team.
- Generate sales and commission
Billing Clerk Requirements:
- Strong organization and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
- AA or BA degree in accounting or related field preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Must be proficient with MS Office, accounting software, MS Dynamics GP preferred
