RemX is seeking a Marketing Admin Assistant to support the Marketing managers and employees of our client in the Mira Mesa area. We are looking for a self-starter with a great attitude who is flexible and has at least 1 year of previous admin experience. Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and maintain contact lists
  • Help prepare and book arrangements for company events
  • Help support and organize projects for the department
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes during those meeting
  • Prepare and distribute emails, memos and letters
  • Maintain and manage cleanliness and supplies of office
  • All other administrative duties and miscellaneous tasks assigned

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Problem solver/Creative and able to think quickly and strategically
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Time management skills, ability to meet deadlines
  • High School Degree minimum
