The Medical Call Center Specialist connects with medical or provider offices to build relationships and facilitate the retrieval of medical charts within the project timelines established by the clients. This call center position works in a highly focused, demanding and timeline-driven environment. The successful candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry, building relationships, overcoming objections and negotiating timelines with business or professional organizations within specified timelines and goals. The candidate will have the ability to communicate well.

 

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • At least 1 year of Healthcare/Medical experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient with the computer
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to work 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
