As a Customer Service Representative/Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Being the "First Contact" between patients, providers, and insurance payers.
  • Prior Authorization requests.
  • Building cases in our client's system and loading the case into the system for other Insurance Specialists.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while resolving all cases. 

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of office/customer service experience 
  • Good computer skills and typing
