Description

Our client in Alpharetta, GA is currently seeking candidates for Application Support positions. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a fast growing company. They are looking for individuals that have experience doing Application Support via chat, over the phone, email or ticketing systems. You must have work, educational or personal experience with Javascript, HTML and CSS.

Job Requirements

Must Haves:

  • Proven customer service and technical troubleshooting skills with Enterprise level clients and External Customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows which should include software installation, personal firewalls, and anti-virus software
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP addresses, personal firewalls, content filters)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS
  • Basic browser knowledge - cache, cookies, network tab/dev tools
  • Remote Assistance Software (GoToAssist, VNC, Remote Desktop)
  • Must be open to shift rotation
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
