Description

TYPE: Contract to Hire, Full Time.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • General office duties – including filing, data entry, and scanning
  • Assisting with accounts payable processing
  • Assisting with accounting receivable functions
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Actively communicating with customers and vendors
  • Researching any accounting related inquires

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Associate’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of administrative and light accounting experience is required
  • Strong desire to grow and develop a career with our client
  • Professional communication skills, ability to stay motivated, and desire to learn new tasks
