Customer Service – Healthcare !   

Established company located near Pima Rd. and Chaparral

The pay is $15 an hour.

Job Description:

  • Taking inbound calls from patients
  • Obtaining benefits from health insurance carriers
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Ability to apply contact center and customer service best practices
  • Data entry
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a changing environment
  • Must be comfortable making outbound calls as necessary
  • Must be comfortable handling sensitive medical information
  • Must be available to work any shift between 5am – 10pm Monday – Saturday
  • May work with pharmacies, physician offices, and patients to deliver better care to patients in every setting


  • Excellent customer service
  • Must have call center experience
  • Medical front office experience preferred
  • Computer skills are a MUST!
  • Demonstrates proficiency of all data entry functions
  • Utilize organizational skills
  • Strong focus around accurate and timely customer support
  • Good communication skills
  • PC and word-processing skills
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks
  • Ability to work items in queue and manage turnaround times
  • Understanding of basic healthcare terminology and definitions, such as HIPAA and JACHO
  • Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook are a plus
  • Drug and background screen required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
