Description

Large Healthcare Services company is seeking a QA Specialist for their call center. This is a fast-paced position supporting a 900+ seat center. 

Duties include:

  • Monitoring calls and scoring reps on metrics, quality, etc
  • Participating in calibration meetings with management team
  • Working with training to identify and implement new ideas
  • Coaching reps and providing feedback on calls

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years on a Call Center QA position
  • Ability to work flex hours and overtime between 5am-6pm, Monday-Friday
